What do you like best? I love the search-ability of documents. I can find documents based on minimal information. I can save documents with many profile fields and the fields can be edited, added, and removed depending on our company's needs. What do you like best? Ability to send documents with passwords, restrictions, time limits. Encrypted storage. Cloud Back Up. Search tools make it easy to find documents. What do you like best? This is just a better alternative to paper files. Allowed to easily make changes to documents and keep better records without have voluminous paper files. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We like that all of the files are on the computer. No more going to the file cabinet. The files can be accessed when we are out of the office. This way we have access to the files if we meet with an unplanned client on a trip. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The templates and predefined file names. What do you dislike? The way you make a file or folder your favorite.
