What do you like best? I love the search-ability of documents. I can find documents based on minimal information. I can save documents with many profile fields and the fields can be edited, added, and removed depending on our company's needs. What do you like best? Ability to send documents with passwords, restrictions, time limits. Encrypted storage. Cloud Back Up. Search tools make it easy to find documents. What do you like best? We like that all of the files are on the computer. No more going to the file cabinet. The files can be accessed when we are out of the office. I love the concept of auto filing documents using the zonal OCR

What do you like best? I obviously like the idea of having all my files stored and organized on the computer rather then in actual cabinets, it make the process so much easier, it takes a second to find any document throw their search engine, easy to share it with your boss, colleague or customer. I had a terrible experience with this software and I would not recommend it.

What do you like best? I do not like this software at all. I had nothing but issues with it from the very beginning, literally spent entire days working with their tech support people and it still didn't work. I switched to another solution even though I'm paid up with eFileCabinet through April - it was costing us too much money in time and productivity. What do you dislike?
