What do you like best? This system is easy to use and makes electronic file maintenance easy and secure. What do you dislike? The only thing our previous system offered that this one does not is the ability to share a time sensitive link. We are unable to do so at this time. What do you like best? It's great to not have file cabinets lining the hall, and searching for information is much easier when it's digital. And no more worries that precious documents could get destroyed by flooding or fire. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the ease of using. Its very user friendly. What do you dislike? I dont like the amount of time it takes for something to get corrected if something goes wrong on updates. Does the job but sort of clunky

What do you like best? Dragging files into sidekick works well and makes uploading files quick and easy. What do you dislike? search should be much better e.g. be able to search within cabinets and not just have to search across the entire database. also OCR capabilities. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? cloud based doc management.

eFile is Amazing

What do you like best? I enjoy the eFile desktop version where I can upload from desktop or I can scan directly into a folder. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to refine searches to just a cabinet - this might be an option now and I just haven't figured it out. What business problems are you solving with the product? On-line eFileCabinet is FINRA approved and is easy to work with.

What do you like best? I have eliminated paper and able to retain and store information that I had to keep in filing cabinets in the past. I can find records without having to get up from my desk.
