What do you like best? Love the workflow and assigning of documents What do you dislike? From an Admin standpoint, I don't like that files often lock up for users and I have to "release" these documents in file sessions logged in as an Admin. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document Management. We are still struggling with users filing their documents but we are getting there!

What do you like best? I like that it is web based and user friendly. What do you dislike? I dislike the concept of monthly availability based on contract. When services are no longer needed, the information can no longer be accessed. I would rather not be able to edit or add additional information, but be able to access everything uploaded prior to ending services. I like that it's an electronic database that the company and various users within the company can use to see intake through invoice delivery and who uploaded the document What do you dislike? Errors do occasionally occur where something will be submitted to submission level and hard to transfer to a different location for the account. No more file cabinets in the hall

What do you like best? It's great to not have file cabinets lining the hall, and searching for information is much easier when it's digital. And no more worries that precious documents could get destroyed by flooding or fire. What do you dislike? There have been issues with the desktop app using a lot of CPU and causing laptop fans to become loud and annoying. What business problems are you solving with the product? USER FRIENDLY

What do you like best? THE PROGRAM IS USER FRIENDLY AND CAN BE ACCESSED WHEN I AM ON AND OFF SITE. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I enjoy the eFile desktop version where I can upload from desktop or I can scan directly into a folder. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to refine searches to just a cabinet - this might be an option now and I just haven't figured it out. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? the ease of using. Its very user friendly. What do you dislike? I dont like the amount of time it takes for something to get corrected if something goes wrong on updates. Does the job but sort of clunky

What do you like best? Dragging files into sidekick works well and makes uploading files quick and easy. What do you dislike? search should be much better e.g. be able to search within cabinets and not just have to search across the entire database. also OCR capabilities. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? cloud based doc management.

On-line eFileCabinet is FINRA approved and is easy to work with.

What do you like best? I have eliminated paper and able to retain and store information that I had to keep in filing cabinets in the past. I can find records without having to get up from my desk. eFile is great for keeping everything organized in one place

What do you like best? Easy to navigate and create different categories and folders to keep organized What do you dislike? Not the easiest to combine folders, sometimes has issues loading and it is kind of slow, which is likely due to the amount of information we have in it.
