Easy, quick to deploy, and we're online with minimal training

What do you like best? We were able to get 2 full time filers scanning in years of old paper records in a matter of days! Very little training was needed, and the simple workflows makes everything easy to do. What do you dislike? The Sidekick application is very limited in use, and the search function is disappointing. eFileCabinet is a great tool

What do you like best? Search functionality is awesome and we find ourselves looking for stuff in eFileCabinet before looking elsewhere. What do you dislike? No ability to send cold docs (original then attach automatically the signature doc to it. For example if I was printing a invoice at our sales counter then My POS software should print a original (unsigned copy to the cabinet automatically filed then when I get a signed copy there is no way to automatically file it. Great platform that is customizable - able to mate up with SFDC.

What do you like best? Easily create templates for directory structure of customer/project files. Can link to Salesforce such that project documents are linked to a quote and customer record. What do you dislike? Levels of security - we needed to create a whole separate ORG for our HR department to maintain confidentiality and meet HIPAA requirements. What do you like best? Duke is easy to use and reduced the space needed to be efficient and organized. What do you dislike? I wish it updated automatically for new versions and for fixes after windows updates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Best money for the time and ease of use! Great Program. Very easy to pull up clients and paperwork. Very user friendly.
