What do you like best? The ease and access on the website makes it easy for us to get to our information fast. What do you dislike? Great Way to Keep Organized!

What do you like best? eFileCabinet is very easy to maneuver around! Its pretty straight forward and there are a lot of personalizing you can do as well when it comes to details. Being able to create templates is very time efficient as well. Being able to add a retention to a cabinet helps ensure we are remaining compliant with some of our recordkeeping policies. What do you like best? The best thing i like its that i have access to files anytime anywhere What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes me a long time to log in but that is just my fault, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't loose paperwork everything is more organized. and i dont have to worry about misplacing anythign.

What do you like best? The product rarely needs and support, have never had an update of functionality issue. What do you dislike? Company is not MSP friendly, if I am going to recommend and support their product I expect a better relationship. Eliminated the storage of physical paper and the self storage locker.

What do you like best? It’s easy to search things and it makes it very easy for our company to go back and show receipts to clients. What do you dislike?
