Marijana S, was so helpful in figuring out my fax lines and updating my payment card. She took the time to do the research and was very polite. I couldn't reset the password for deleting my account (eFax is a great service, but unnecessary for me). The customer agent Elizabeth V helped me to delete my account and sent me a confirmation mail. Very good and fast service.

I m great supporter of this App. I always recommend it to my friends and my family. Last week, I mistakenly put wrong email ID when I was helping someone to make her account. So my card was charged with fear that it will happen every month. I wrote email to help desk. Ms. Elizabeth responded promptly. She reverted payment and also cancelled wrong email ID. In past I also got great support from Efax team.
