I called and spoke with Eizabeth…
I called and spoke with Eizabeth regarding an unused account and was hoping that the account could be cancelled. Elizabeth was polite and professional! She made every effort to accommodate me. With Elizabeth's assistance the service account is now cancelled. I look forward to doing business with CCSI eFax again in the future.

The best customer service
When I attempted to cancel online I was unsuccessful, even after multiple attempts. I was frustrated and I thought that I was going to have to fight someone to cancel the service for me. However, today I called the helpline and Ms. Mercer was very pleasant and provided me with the best customer service. If I need eFax service again in the future I will return just because of my experience with Ms. Mercer.

I had a great experience with Iraia M. today. Not only she helped me with retrieving my credentials but also recommended a more suitable plan according to my usage, this new plan meant substantial savings on my yearly subscription. She was very polite and professional. Thank you!

I couldn't log in
I couldn't log in nor reset my password. After going through 20 levels of automated response - you guys need to make that better - I finally got through to Elizabeth V who was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and walked me through resetting everything.
