Mercer was awesome! We setup an online account to send some urgent and important documents. Our schedules are hectic and we inadvertently typed the wrong email address and had to reach out to tech support. Mercer was efficient, professional and friendly and I felt like she not only understood my concern but cared. She was able to immediately verify our identity and correct the email address. Minh was very helpful on the service call. Very pleasant and laid back as I tried to figure out what I was doing. If was not working correctly he politely asked me to hold on while he fixes the concern. Minh was striving for the best customer services I have ever received. Corporate will need to put him in a bottle and use on all their customer service calls' Nice work Nimh
