What do you like best about edge CRM? Newly created CRM with updated features with easy monitoring and data sharing. Cloud based and provides data security What do you dislike about edge CRM? The price is quite high as compared to the available features. Integrating with other systems is not fully exploited. What problems is edge CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about edge CRM? Best online platform for sales person by the sales person. What do you dislike about edge CRM? Nothing as such. I haven't found any glitches yet. What problems is edge CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Best thing that it is AI driven. Hence increases the productivity and sales efficiency.

What do you like best about edge CRM? I like the customization option which suits all types of business and the free trial is also available. What do you dislike about edge CRM? It's sometimes quite complicated to understand and has a greater learning curve. What problems is edge CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We used in Task Management, Lead Generation, Segmentation, and Social Media Integration.

"Feature rich product with simplistic approach"
What do you like best about edge CRM? I like simplicity of this product. I have used many CRM but, edge CRM is something I would love to use daily. It's notifications (they called it as feeds) are really nice. It helps me to clear my clutter. What do you dislike about edge CRM? Currently, I am in love with product so , difficult to write cons.
