What do you like best about edge CRM? Quick update & report generation is good..Anyone can learn so fast..Realy usefull for sales people What do you dislike about edge CRM? Sometimes thr amount changed automatically in proposal What problems is edge CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? As per our industry we are trying to customize as per our requirements. Benefits are: Daily basis review at micro level, We cant loose the business because the CRM continues gives you alerts.

What do you like best about edge CRM? Very helpful, all the activities are on one screen. Chances of losing lead/ opportunities are significantly less. Track of business sales-wise product-wise. Overall excellent package. What do you dislike about edge CRM? its a little time taking. and the account blocked after 5 days What problems is edge CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? we can track our highest and lowest selling products and can work on them accordingly
