What do you like best? Had a fantastic technical support experience with quick and correct solutions. Web Dev is a very very small part of my job so having a good support team that I ran rely on is very useful in saving me time and money. What do you dislike? What do you like best? My favorite part about Ecwid is the ease of using the desktop version as well as the app from my phone. I'm notified right away of an order that needs to be shipped. Great shopping cart with termendous amount of flexibility

What do you like best? The fact that its user friendly and easy to integrate into your website. Easy to train staff to add products and run promotions. Overall very well coded shopping cart. We have used it for over 3 years with no issues. What do you dislike? Nothing at this moment. They are adding so many new integrated products sometimes its hard to keep up.
