What do you like best? Before using Ecwid I tried a number of similar services but I was always disappointed with their ease of use or customer service. Ecwid has an excellent and detailed database and, for the times I needed more assistance, their customer service was very fast, helpful, and solved the trouble immediately. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I have had to contact the tech support twice now and let me tell you they were so helpful. This is my first ecommerce website. I was actually scared to get started but the templates made it nice and step by step design is so helpful. I like their rates vs. Other website platforms with ecommerce. What do you like best? It was very easy to setup Ecwid with my WordPress website. It's practically plug and play. It has easy payment options for your customers. What do you dislike? It would be nice if they had more theme options for the instant site. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't need to worry about setting up credit card services or higher a programmer to set up a store for me-this is a very cost effective option.

What do you like best? I really like how easy it is to set up a store and and implement it into a Wordpress site. couple of hours work! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that the interface is easy to use. I'm not super tech savvy, and some of the other Ecommerce plugins for Wordpress have been confusing. I have no problems adding products to my catalogue, and tagging them on Instagram is a BREEZE!! What do you dislike? I wish there was a better SEO function. I've used Yoast with other plugins. What do you like best? Customer support is great, when I have needed help there is always help at hand. I have found Ecwid the most value for money online store platform. After trying many other options I always seem to come back to Ecwid. What do you dislike? Sign in link method (which I had to get disabled).
