Simple to use
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Ecwid is very easy to use. The learning curve is surprisingly small and the set-up was seamless. I can even use it on my iPhone so I can check how my business is doing whenever, wherever. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I hope I can remove the return address from the invoice. I have been with ECWID back when it was…
I have been with ECWID back when it was just gaining in popularity. Not being a 'tech' person at all, they have been there to help when asked and in a timely fashion. It has worked extremely well for me and I would highly recommend this company.

Ecwid really goes the extra mile to satisfy its clients. Their chat team is top notch. They answer questions quickly, direct you to helpful related topics and they will even write code for you. The ecwid widget is easy to use yet very comprehensive. It also has several integration partners like printful for example that work great together. I highly recommend using Ecwid for your online store!

The technical team is first rate and really helped me with designing my site.Their follow-up is really good too. I have a WordPress site and the store flows seamlessly from the WordPress site. The only downside I see with the product is I wish they had more applications for free/or paid that integrate with their websites. I don't have an API developer and it is expensive for Ecwid to create the integrations for you. So check their applications before signing up to make sure you are okay ...

Love Ecwid - easy to set up, easy to use
Our organization has used Ecwid for our store for a year and we love it--such a vast improvement over our previous store hosted on GoDaddy. We got Ecwid up and running in a few hours, and our customers have found the user interface very easy to use. Highly recommended.
