If you are a bit serious you want to…
If you are a bit serious you want to track and set up conversions e.t.c. correctly. They don't allow you to install Google Tag Manager and their Google Analytics is out of date, it's Google universal and not Global site tag.

My Ecwid experience
If you want to set up an online shop quickly with little fuss and excellent customer service and with all of the more important requirements such as shopping cart, payment methods, and other features then Ecwid is a very good choice. If you want to be serious about your shop I would suggest you forget about the free plan and go with one of the paid plans, whichever suits your needs simply because the free plan has too many restrictions.
