I really enjoy Ecwid
I really enjoy Ecwid. It has helped me successfully grow my sales online. I only wish I had been able to integrate my catering sales on the same platform. However, it's still a definite plus.

The online customer service and design options
The online customer service is excellent, always ready with the right solution. I just gave 4 stars as I think Ecwid could add some more functionalities and design options while building up the store. Anyhow you are amazing guys!

Great Experience w/ Manageable Issues
While we have had some hiccups and growing pains using Ecwid, I believe this to be more with the syncing of Clover to Ecwid than Ecwid itself. The side that customers see is attractive and easy to manage. Also important is the fact that the cost is right. I was able to switch from a different website provider to Ecwid and purchase a $2,000 POS system and still save money by the end of the year while providing a cleaner, better experience.

Ecwid has all the options and support you want from a e-commerce platform and integrates with existing site beautifully - get started and start selling for free and get added functionality for a reasonable price. Just does what you want really :)

Highly recommend for small businesses to go online
As a small business in very early stage, we found Ecwid the best cost effective solution to go online. Everything is there (in our opinion) it's just how you implement it, use it. We have no knowledge of coding and we got instant web in a second. It's so easy to use. When contacting support for some custom idea, they provided us within a day or 2 with custom CSS codes. I have been very happy with the service…
I have been very happy with the service that has been given through ecwid.com They are rather quick to respond to my questions. They also provide a variety of information to help you build your website as well as update webcasts to listen to. I hope by the end of next year to have grown my business so that I won't have to worry about working a secular job or employment. Thank you Ecwid for your helpful website to expand my business needs.

Brilliant website hosting
Brilliant website hosting. At first I was skeptical as the basic option was free but I have to say I was very impressed.The ease of setup and use is outstanding compared to other hosting sites, plus the app is useful to keep on track of stock and sales.There is always someone on hand to answer any questions and help out with any issues.I am thoroughly happy with Ecwid and I can't see myself using any other company.
