ECWID launched and saved my business. I started on ECWID and was selling a lot of product. But I realized there were so many more apps and integrations compatible with Shopify. I migrated to Shopify and got no sales. I also lost money because they can't really calculate shipping based on the size of the box, like ECWID. I decided to go back to ECWID. I have been very happy at Ecwid

I have been very happy at Ecwid. They provide a great storefront experience for my customers. I do not like seeing other people leaving bad reviews because they do not get sales because Ecwid is not a marketing service, they simply provide a shop for you to sell your products.

Terrible customer support, terrible features non existent halp.

A terrible support. Huge lack of competence. No chance to use another payer, only the store owner gets an invoice. So, as an agency totally bad choice. Not flexible at all. I wanted to use them for a few store, but will go for something else, because this is just errible support and also there is no chance of a normal cancellation of your subscription.

They tell you the service is free you setup the website and everything's fine, then they ask you to upgrade for simple things like linking a domain name ? Like why would I have a website with .mycompany.com? Don't say it's free when it's not, be transparent with customers rather than forcing them.
