PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The support team of Ecwid is very helpful. They helped me throughout the process of setting up the system. To make it more amazing, it is very affordable for the great value it presents us, as well. What aspects are problematic or could work better? ECWID launched and saved my business
ECWID launched and saved my business. I started on ECWID and was selling a lot of product. But I realized there were so many more apps and integrations compatible with Shopify. I migrated to Shopify and got no sales. I also lost money because they can't really calculate shipping based on the size of the box, like ECWID. I decided to go back to ECWID. I have been very happy at Ecwid
I have been very happy at Ecwid. They provide a great storefront experience for my customers. I do not like seeing other people leaving bad reviews because they do not get sales because Ecwid is not a marketing service, they simply provide a shop for you to sell your products.

A terrible product and terrible support!!!
A terrible support. Huge lack of competence. No chance to use another payer, only the store owner gets an invoice. So, as an agency totally bad choice. Not flexible at all. I wanted to use them for a few store, but will go for something else, because this is just errible support and also there is no chance of a normal cancellation of your subscription.

They tell you the service is free you…
They tell you the service is free you setup the website and everything's fine, then they ask you to upgrade for simple things like linking a domain name ? Like why would I have a website with .mycompany.com? Don't say it's free when it's not, be transparent with customers rather than forcing them.
