A bit slow to start

What do you like best? Simplicity to use, easy to set up a java project, the debugging capability is great. What do you dislike? Speed is slow, memory consumption is a bit high. Some third party dependencies are hard to configure. Recommendations to others considering the product: You could configure the start up ini to allow more RAM for Eclipse, otherwise the entire IDE (with default 256MB) is a bit laggy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Eclipse is one of the best Integrated Development Environments for programming languages like Java.

What do you like best? Light weight, easy to install and easy to use. The GIT integration is very efficient and effective. What do you dislike? Syntax formatting is sometimes difficult to handle. It does not always support databases well. Also, I don't think this is usually organization friendly rather this is a user friendly Integrated Development Environment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? At user level, this IDE is really ...

It has other value-added features as well that make it a rich development platform. And all of that is packaged in a free and open source solution that can work with other languages apart from Java. A great Java IDE for all your needs

What do you like best? I started using it after dropping NetBeans. It's super light and has a great community. Eclipse also provides a lot of add-ons for many things such as frameworks. Debugging in Eclipse is also a delight. I loved that it supports UML modeling. What do you dislike? It takes a lot of time to start up even with SSD and consumes a lot of resources. Integration with Gradle is quite bad and doesn't work as well as expected. Recommendations to others considering the ...

A powerful IDE to Develop java based web and windows applications

What do you like best? It is a really good integrated environment tool to develop java applications. The user interface allows for even the most beginner of students to be able to learn. It provides an environment to integrate various platforms at a single instance. You don't need to write code separately for different platforms in application development. It highlights the errors in the programs. What do you dislike? The online support could be a little better. My experience is good ...
