What do you like best about EBizCharge? Century Business provides great service thru EBizCharge. Its a commodity business but they make it personal and do a great job. Good integrations into the Sage and other ERP solutions.

What do you like best about EBizCharge? When Sage was beginning to monopolize how you could charge credit cards by requiring users to go through Sage Payment Solutions there rates were astronomical. They also didn't pass enough data in certain circumstances to allow you to get tier 3 interchange (more data that's given, less risk you are, the lower the interchange rate). What do you like best about EBizCharge? I really like the fact that we can log in ourselves & store credit card info for our customers. Also, I like that we can store multiple credit cards for an individual customer. This is especially helpful as most of our customers order quite regularly and they use multiple credit cards. What do you like best about EBizCharge? Customer service responds fast to our questions or need for support. The cost savings with lower processing fees is boosts our bottom line. EBizCharge userfriendly platform is a pleasure to work with. The option of being able to process credit cards from my mobile device is crucial to securing available funds helps avoid dealing with declined POS transactions.
