"Very interactive and easy communication, helpful and eager to make things easier for us."

What do you like best about EasyTranslate? Good interaction. Easy cooperation, active from both sides. Willing to update systems and find best way of work interactively for all of us. Serves us well. We can't cancel translations without contacting Customers Success Manager. Translations could be better. Would be nice to update term database on ad hoc basis. What problems is EasyTranslate solving and how is that benefiting you? Less manual processes. More quick translation process.
