No customer service & Closed?
No customer service. If you send parcel by them, they don't answer you any question. My parcels stopped for a month, no one reply my email inquiries and questions. There is no update of my parcel information from them. Where is my parcels???

Typically terrific food
Typically terrific food; best pizza we've ever had. Despite all the Draconian measure being mandated on the poor restaurant industry these days, it was the same smiley (we assume so, sue to the masks) and efficient service. We'll always return.

Amazing shipping platform for BOXXD
What do you like best? Easyship is super easy and syncs orders with so many e-commerce websites. It's great to offer customers different options for their deliveries and show the taxes and duties for international shipments. The pickups are easily booked which makes managing hundreds of orders easy. Great integration with Shopify with auto tracking sync. What do you dislike? Shipment discrepancies____You can use them to compare the price but think twice before you pay them anything. It looks they provide the competitive prices Actually NO! coz they try to charge you after, me $1918 on top, almost a DOUBLE for 18 small envelopes, <50g, $62 paid (SF express fee) each almost! The reason mentioned was SF express changed those price as 500g. It is totally ridiculous! Why don't you show the prices as 0.5kg on day 1?! I went to the SF dropoff centre myself, if ...

DHL Express Shipping
I prepare a DHL shipment for Canada. I pay $40 for a small, 2lb box and I ask for DHL pickup. This is DHL Express, guaranteed 2 day delivery.I fill up the papers Friday morning at 6AM. By 6PM DHL does not show up. I check the status of the shipment, it says "In transit to customer". Expected delivery Tuesday.Not so, the box is on my desk. I send an email to EasyShip.com. By end of day, Monday, no response. No phone number to call, no live chat, nothing. Just total silence.

Good prices but so many problems
What do you like best? Good prices. Nothing else is good. And so many bugs What do you dislike? Interface is acceptable. Website is so full of bugs, it's crazy. Make a shipment, label is rejected. No explanation, of course. But I get a mail DHL was notified to pick up my item. But my label was rejected (no explanation) so what do I do? This is one example in many. Easyship is so easy to use especially if you are doing large volume daily. Customer service is top notch, José is very helpful throughout the whole time. Makes you more comfortable working with this company.

What???
I was charged over Hk$20,000 on my credit cards in “adjustments” without any notification and 2 years after I made the shipments. Are these even real???
