I highly recommend you avoid Easy Ship. If you could have no stars, that would be better. Ironic as they offer a service that is anything but Easy. When you have an issue with shipping they simply tell you to contact the carrier, when you have payed Easy Ship. Easyship's policy on not handling liquids over 100ml

Good, but needs improvements

What do you like best? Discount shipping. Repeat shipping manifest with all details filled in. What do you dislike? Zero customer service. Impossible to talk to anyone. Terrible servie

First of all, so far Easyship has never solved our problem even once. Second of all, the shipping cost that we book through Easyship has no much difference from we book directly from the courier company. Every time when there is something happened, we have to contact and deal with the courier company directly. The worst case were, we booked Aramex to ship a parcel to USA, we were informed the parcel will be transit in UK, fine, but who will use UK post to send the parcel to USA? In this ...

I would give a zero star if I can. Freaking lousy service! I paid for a pick up parcel the pick up nvr turn up and pick up my goods for delivery! S*cks big time. I reschedule x4times and wrote to customer service but no reply at all! DONT EVER USE THIS PLATFORM JJST GO DIRECT TO QXPRESS OR WHATEEVR. ITS A SCAMMM!!!!!!!

$6000 worth of shipment lost and $1500 shipping fee burnt

We are a small business based in Singapore and had just completed a crowdfunding campaign. We decided to use Easyship for around 60 of our shipments to the U.S. and EU because of its slighty lower price (by about 10~20%) but it turned out to be a great mistake. The packages were shipped from late Feb throughout late March, and as of today (May 25th) 24 of the shipments have not arrived!:- some shipments to the EU were suddenly declared "returned" or "destroyed", with ZERO prior notification ...

Never collect on time

So many bookings not collected then not a decent response time about when they will be collected. Very frustrating. Every single booking made with them was not collected on the collection date. Terrible at coming back to you when you try and reach customer service.

Good Services but DHL eCommerce is no longer available.

Had an issue with my account. As soon as I got back from the Customer service, everything was resolved fast. It was my error. It was a typo in my email. Happens unfortunately. Ryan was great and fixed everything for me. Thanks Ryan.
