The best way to ship internationally!Easyship makes it easy and affordable to ship to our customers around the world. There are a variety of shipping options to choose from, and they are up-front about lead times, and reviews for each carrier. I shipped out a collectible fairy…
I shipped out a collectible fairy figurine via Ebay International shipping. Item changed hands with a few carriers from what I can tell and got stuck at an Easy Ship warehouse for more than 30 days. Ebay told me I had to contact Easy Ship concerning the refund since it automatically came with $50 worth of insurance. So I wrote them since they don't have a phone number (surprise, surprise). Horrible communication
I've been trying to talk to someone at Easyship to set up a new account. I scheduled an appt on a calendar and the person didn't confirm and did not show. I can't get answers to my emails. I'm so glad I found these reviews. I see I'm not the only one who is ignored... and they don't even have my business yet! That said: the do have great videos!

Awful service for my small business!
I have a small e-commerce business. Easyship courted me for months and I gave them a go for my international shipping. Wish I’d read the reviews here first. Horrible experience. No way to directly contact and emails are unanswered. I have a customer waiting for a package that is held up due to the “uneasy” Easyship website and no way to directly contact. Easyship will not stand up for you when…
Easyship will not stand up for you when the shipment has problem. Also, it always ask you to pay for extra fee without showing evidence. And then quickly back down when is asked to show.

Easy ship is reliable, yet takes a while to deal with disputes.
What do you like best? I like that easy ship is super simple to use. I also like that when I had first got easy ship the shipping was fast. However, it has started to slow down a lot.
