Quick service and excellent customer…
Quick service and excellent customer service despite me at first giving the incorrect details. Spoke to their customer service who helped fix my mistake. Everything went smoothly from there and actually arrived quicker than expected.

Easyship makes it incredibly easy to choose from a variety of couriers at different price points and detail on level of service. Providing the option to request a pick up was very helpful. Platform is very easy to use.

Atrocious charge backs, ridiculous investigations
Don't be fooled by their nice interface. The charge back is a mess! Despite carefully measuring dimensions before submitting onto their platform, I was sent additional invoices which more than doubles the shipping fees. And when I sought the help from customer service, they always take the side of the couriers. Instead asking small time me for for photographs of the measuring process - if I am being careful with my measurements, how can I take photographs?Subsequently, they deducted the ...
