Easyship functions well and my rep, Conor, has always been willing to brainstorm solutions for our unique business model. One area for improvement are proactively communicating updates and changes to their platform before making changes.

To be honest, the one thing that keeps me at easyship is Tracie Harper at customer support; as long as I have her, I need not ever worry she gets it fixed.
