Very wrong decision to use easyship
Until now, still struggling to use easyship as it cannot fulfill our needs. They said that they can do the services that we need when we decided to subscribe to their company but it seems that it is just all talk after we go to them. I work in the software development…
I work in the software development industry and Easyship is by far the worst vendor I've ever dealt with. The sales team are great at promising the world but when it came to implementation, the support was shocking. It's a real shame because apart from a few bugs, the platform has a lot of things going for it. Easyship - Really Easy to Ship.
We are using Easyship for all our US orders for the last 5-6 months. The experience is great and we have control over the cost as well as the transit time. Very user-friendly shipping platform
A very user-friendly platform that gives you a lot of shipping alternatives. Instead of creating your own courier account, you can have many rates from different services available and Easyship will help to make sure the packages are delivered!The insurance feature has helped me a lot to protect my parcels each time a courier lost the package

Have a very bad experience…
Have a very bad experience with this company. And also seeing all the bad reviews here have a lots of votes(useful to others). Next time, better to see and read the bad review first rather than the good ones(might be not true).

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
If there's any way to leave a "negative star" review, I'll give them 5 negative stars. Sent a box out of the country a year ago. Now I get threatening emails saying they'll take action if I didn't pay the balance (but they can't seem to find a way for me to PAY the balance!). Looks like they keep charging additional fees later saying the courier company has charged additional fees. Never experienced this with any courier company in my life! Stay away....no discounts here. Easyship takes a major concern off my plate
I love the confidence they give me, as a young startup, in providing the fastest and least expensive options for our backers, which allows us to keep our future costs down. I worry constantly about all the other millions of things that can go wrong after completing a crowdfund campaign. But because Easyship has excellent partnerships with couriers and excellent tracking capabilities, I never worry about my packages not making it to their destination.
