I was hit with hidden charges after…
I was hit with hidden charges after delivery was made. (Delivery took almost a month, far longer than promised.) It took lots of back and forth to get the charge eventually removed, since Easyship couldn't tell me exactly what it was for.

HORRIBLE Experience
Had an absolutely horrible Experience With this company. I ordered packages and I got a few of them and the remaining packages never showed up and I reached out about maybe 40 times to this company and emailed them for the past 1 month and they NEVER replied back to the emails and I still have not received the packages to this day.

Don't bother
I used Easyship to send a parcel from the UK to Morocco. I selected the option which meant that the sender would pay customs fees and charges (not the receiver). Further Easyship calculated that no customs fees and charges would be incurred in any case. Nonetheless a few days later, I receive an email from the receiver saying that they have been asked to pay customs fees and charges. Cue numerous calls to UPS to try and sort out payment (still unknown whether this has been resolved). No ...
