Can’t recommend this business. Small business owner. I Send 1 package per month and not always with Easyship. I find a $77 charge on my credit card for a “premium account “ This service is for customers who send 1000 packages per month. I didn’t subscribe to this or authorise this payment. Dealing with customer service has been extremely slow and painful...Update! Total of 5 charges of the same amount found on my card !

Fake service, no support when you have issue!
First time user to send an international parcel; sure the site is easy enough to use but what works at the back end is questionable. My money was deducted from my CC, and the website created the necessary docs, shipment label, etc. so I waited the next day for pickup by TOLL. When the pickup day comes, I waited the entire day but by COB there was no pickup happening, so I rang TOLL as mentioned in their Support FAQ and mentioned their Easyship account number, 209601. Great Service!
We sent two packages to Singapore and one to Seattle. All were delivered timely, safely and at a significantly discounted price. We are very happy with Easyship--it will be our first choice for shipping in the future.

First order was a breeze
We just completed our first shipment with Easyship and are extremely pleased with how easy the process was and the efficient delivery. The pickup was on time, the driver was pleasant, and the delivery came in at the minimum number of days quoted when we placed the order. I will be recommending Easyship to our community website.

Affordable, Easy, 10/10
I found EasyShip through an Internet search. I couldn't believe the prices; they could offer half what USPS could offer! I had some initial trouble with the label, but my issue was resolved the same day and I was able to ship without a hitch. I will definitely be using EasyShip again!
