Easy projects is good but not that easy
What do you like best? I like the ability to see my task list and add time easily What do you dislike? I don't like the inability to expand on task list items to see the overall project. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're solving time-tracking and project management issues. It's a relatively easy-to-understand interface.

Inconvenient to use
What do you like best? You can keep tasks sorted by project and can create sub-tasks. What do you dislike? The integration with Outlook just makes it harder to maintain the activity. Add the ability to turn an email into a task! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None. Not my choice to use it.

Clean, intuitive and flexible PPMT
What do you like best? Configuration is intuitive and boundless. What do you dislike? UI/UX is overly text driven. Closing out tasks makes the dependent task change its start date even though the closed tasks has some of its dependent tasks still open. Expansive work tracking tool
What do you like best? You can use the bare basics or some advanced stuff, and the ability to run logs at any time is great What do you dislike? The chat help pop up is really obtrusive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now have a better understanding on how the time is spent in projects and can adjust requirements and allocated time to each one
