What do you like best about E-Sign? that you could simply add your signature What do you dislike about E-Sign? for some reason it wasnt recognised by the polish tax authorities as a suitable option for sign off What problems is E-Sign solving and how is that benefiting you? the need to have authenticated signing of a document - this was where the recipient would not accept a normal scanned pdf of a document as proof that it had been approved by the person in question

"Good but not user friendly for signers"

What do you like best about E-Sign? It does what I need it to do and is reasonably priced for the service. What do you dislike about E-Sign? I have found that often my signers get confused and don’t complete it properly, or if I send 2 docs out they only sign one. Several times this has happened so would like to see it be delivered clearer on their end. What do you like best about E-Sign? The fact that it is affordable and that you can pay as you go set it apart from other suppliers... especially as we are a start-up. Customer service has always been good and they seem to always be adding more functionality. What do you dislike about E-Sign? To start with it took a little while to figure out how it works as you have to upload a pdf, not a word doc - I do however think things have become more straightforward recently. What do you like best about E-Sign? Not having to wait around or make a visit to a client to get them to sign. Also a digital signature appears far easier to obtain that a pen to paper signature. What do you dislike about E-Sign? A couple of small features would be great (like a copy of the document sent to the admin when they send) but other that that it's great. What do you like best about E-Sign? I like the fact that for a small company like mine, when I only have 6 clients, I can purchase credits on pay-as-you-go plan. It's very easy to use by myself, and my clients said the same. What do you dislike about E-Sign? There is nothing I dislike. All is good, straightforward. What problems is E-Sign solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to travel to get a signature from my clients.

What do you like best about E-Sign? I shopped around for several hours, comparing E-Signature companies for my property business. I compared PAYG, monthly, annual, etc. I did not know my volumes and when I found E-Sign, they let me have a free trial, and the monthly charge for unlimited signs just made sense compared to others.
