What do you like best about e-nate? The principle that robot users could pick from a queue of work before handing it back to a real handler if it were to fail it's task and have constant visibility on this. What do you dislike about e-nate? It did not seem to easily integrate with our current claims handling system. What do you like best about e-nate? I like that the program is adaptable and easy to customize to meet our needs. What do you dislike about e-nate? The program seemed complicated to use in the beginning. What problems is e-nate solving and how is that benefiting you? I like that the program eliminating paper chart notes.
