Does a lot but has a learning curve!
What do you like best? I like the design of the software as well as the breadth of the data that it monitors without lifting a finger. What do you dislike? In my opinion, you need some dedicated training to be able to use this product adequately. Just buying it and thinking you will learn it on your own isn't possible. The getting setup with Synthetics was somewhat difficult, but we eventually got it setup. What do you like best? Artificial intelligence, autonomous baselining, code level troubleshooting and analysis. What do you dislike? Infrastructure monitoring could use some new features. Implementation was a breeze and integration was seemless
What do you like best? The ability to quickly identify and narrow down to the exact areas of issues. The tool has helped us identify various performance bottlenecks with the application. What do you like best? Ability to drill down to the code and replay user sessions What do you dislike? SaaS navigations - kind of confuses as how we reached that link and no easy option to go back to where we started and also the time duration filter just plays up What problems are you solving with the product?
