What do you like best? Speed, Simplicity, and the great support articles. Email support is great every time I need to contact them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Fexbiility, Dundas BI allows you to design the dashboards with no restriction. You should think in Dundas BI what do you want to do rather than how to do it because you will surely do it. What do you dislike? The tool can not be used by business users without the help from IT people. Versatile and useful product

What do you like best? Easy to quickly produce beautiful data visualizations. What do you dislike? It is a little difficult coming from Dundas Dashboard to get the hang of how to do things in BI but now going back to DD is tough. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improved patient care is a benefit realized with exposing our data to everyone in the company.
