What do you like best about Duda? The platform is easy to use and the automated support chat bot is actually very helpful. I was able to resolve a problem ( that had existed since the start of the company) within 10 minutes by using the chat bot. I do like that there is a voting area for users to vote to push feature enhancements to the platform up higher on their radar.
