I would just like to brag a bit if you don’t mind lol 😆 today I found out that I am now an Ebay Top Rated Seller! Never thought it would happen ( tried a few times and gave up), but I could not have done it without the help of Kfir Shapira and team at DSM, so all I can say is follow the training, and take all the advice you can get, all of them on the DSM team are always so helpful 😊 Thank you Kfir Shapira 👍😊

Very Good.

So far, it´s been really good! I´m happy about the quick and consistent responses for any of my queries about the functionality of DSM-tool. I think the tool is actually beneficial, especially if selling large quantities. You just have to learn a bit about it first.

Chat is a great feature!

I had a issue with the policies and the support was very patient and helper me solve it, it has by far some of the best support staff you'll find. Additionally the features and all the resources make drop shipping really easy.

Great Experience with HelpDesk as a Newbie

The HelpDesk ( can't pronounce most of their names except maybe Yana [2 syllable] ) helped me greatly on the journey to use the DSM tool. No tool is perfect but this is great as far as efficiency is concerned for bulk listing on ebay. Used to take daysweeks to do 1000 listings but now it's a matter of hours ( with the key filter checks automated by DSM ).
