Seamless installation and great technical support

What do you like best? We looked at several backup companies but decided Druva was the most cost effective solution. I deployed the inSync client all over the world. From the US and Europe to China and Japan our users were backing up their data in no time. Restoring files or whole laptops the process is easy and takes very little IT management. Software that works

What do you like best? Once configured, the software works great. Backups are fast and unnoticeable to the user. Administration of the software is great from the web interface and very intuitive. This is truly a software that could be 'Set it and forget it'. As well, support has very fast response times from very knowledgeable technicians. What do you dislike? Great solution from user backup

What do you like best? It only backups up the data of the user. It does not wast time and space in backing up trash What do you dislike? Sometimes, on the laptops, due to mobility, the agent stalls. Druva has saved our work multiple times

What do you like best? Easy to install the client and setup up process What do you dislike? Have not run into this problem yet! So far, I am very satisfied with the system. Have had multiple users with bad hard drives and we were able to restore their data from a cloud backup. It was very simple to use and users were very satisfied that their work was not lost!!

Druva saves me a lot of time

What do you like best? With a lot of traveling users, data backup is very important. Druva does that job in the background for each and every laptop without disturbing the users and almost effortless for the administrators. What do you dislike? The admin GUI could be improved.
