InSync is really easy to use. Much ease and success with users restoring data.

What do you like best? Self explanatory/easy for our users and administrator portal is easy to use What do you dislike? User interface. Seems out dated. Wish the look was updated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Changed backup solution from Backupify to InSync and it's easier to use and restore for our users.

What do you like best? the fact that all desktop and documents folders are backed up and the fact that we can select which days can be backed up, going back as far as we like. What do you dislike? I dont think there is much I dislike about it to be honest. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The largest benefit is when someones laptop gets lost or stolen , we can then recover the data on the replacement laptop.
