An effective and robust backup solution

What do you like best? Druva is easy to configure and use. The automation is effective, the level of control from an administrative perspective is excellent, and it's easy for the end user to perform a restore. What do you dislike? We have noticed that it can be slow to do a larger restore, even when connected to our corporate network. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Druva to perform end user backups of documents and settings.

Great product

What do you like best? Easy to use, easy customer recovery of files. What do you dislike? That I'm being forced to move to the hosted solution for more money. We will be transitioning to OneDrive backup to prevent the additional costs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A great service to securely backup and host files

What do you like best? The auditing system to know who has shared files and the ability to control that. We can clearly see what has been shared, who it has been shared with, and revoke that access if needed which is very powerful. With dropbox you wouldn't be able to control who has access to files once a link is shared or sent somewhere. What do you dislike?
