Fantastic customer service; great pricing model for teams, features lag a little behind competitors

What do you like best? Love the speed of the app and the customer support. It does its job of basic file sharing very well. What do you dislike? The annotation features are a little basic, and the gif/screen-sharing CX is a bit basic compared to an alternative like CloudApp. I also wish that there were specific controls for GIF sharing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fast file sharing

It's got it quirks, but you'll never want to live without it

What do you like best? Immediate uploading of files with company logo on branded page is invaluable and I use it every single day. The animated gif options I use less often, but are really awesome and handy when I do use them. What do you dislike? The image editor still needs a lot of work. As someone who does a lot of QA feedback in Droplr, it would be nice to be able to copy and paste things and move more quickly. I also find the online interface to be rather useless. I would much ...

Simple & Easy

What do you like best? It's great to be able to just send a link to my clients without it taking up the space in a something like, Dropbox. What do you dislike? The video playback could be better. I think it would be great to have it automatically downsample photos and videos depending on internet speed. But that's probably asking too much. Also, I'm not completely confident in the security aspect. I have some clients that need links to be very secure and the jury is out with ...

What do you like best? Its easy and fast ... really fast We do not hesitate when sharing images and videos almost in real time. Emails and data interchange became really really easy What do you dislike? The tool is really good. I do not find clear weak points in how it is supposed to be used. With a fast internet the flow is solid. The upgraded color choices is really good but it would be really good to enhance that part of the product. I mean I'd like to choose the thickness ...

Great Utility

What do you like best? I like Droplr because it keeps my screenshots from clogging up my desktop. It's a must at my company for sending screenshots and saving them in the cloud. There are a lot of features that the software has that my company simply pays for and doesn't use. I like the fact that there is a tool bar experience. It's my primary interface with the app. What do you dislike? It feels like it takes an extra click or two to get going. Loading can be incovenient at times as ...

Droplr - no need to wait for the Drop! :)

What do you like best? Super simple to use, web-based links you can send to anyone, can annotate screen shots What do you dislike? Nothing really, I'm a big fan - I cannot think of one problem i have with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting quick view of my screen to a customer I am trying to help with a process, or showing my tech folks what is happening when something is going wrong

Excellent image, code, and video sharing service

What do you like best? Droplr is a great way to easily share images, code, videos, and other files across multiple users within an organization independent of the application for which they are intended. For example, organizations like ours go through ticket tracking systems periodically and it is great to standardize on a file sharing service like Droplr that resides outside of which ticketing system we are using. What do you dislike? Nothing, really! OK, once for about 15 minutes ...

Easy to use and fast file sharing

What do you like best? I think the best part of droplr is how easy it was to integrate and use in my day-to-day. Communicating with coworkers was so much easier. What do you dislike? I forgot about the timed expiration at first, and didn't realize my files or pictures disappeared after 3 days. But now I've just adjusted the time so it's not a problem. Recommendations to others considering the product: I think it's especially useful for image sharing and screenshotting. It's very ...

So Fast!! So Perfect!

What do you like best? Droplr has significant reduced time to communicate with my team. Showing someone the probably visually in a couple of clicks has been life changing for my team and time saving for me. We love screencasts and screenshots. What do you dislike? The drawing features could use a bit more work, would love to annotate a bit more - in a way that looks professional. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we tend to surface ...

Droplr for screen shots/shares and short videos

What do you like best? I frequently use Droplr to provide screen shots of website issues I'm seeing; while I write out an issue (bug) very descriptively, it also helps to have a visual screen shot of which Droplr can provide for you. I often use arrows in the screen shots so the user can easily look at the area of issue I'm describing. I occasionally do short videos of web flow experience so that I can show the navigation I took and what was happening during that navigation. Overall it is ...
