Free Dropbox user for 10years- Love the product- 2000gb / 10$month is a no: Eventhough I want more, I dont need that much storage and to expensive for my salery.Only reason you dont get 5/5 stars is because of a missing payment plan for me.Been suggesting this to you guys for 10 years, and ill take another 10 years like that, if no budget version is introduced.200gb storage for 1$month - ill sign right up on.

Worst EVER Customer Service

I sent an emailNo response 5 daysI did 4 chatsThey didn't offer me the free trial upgrade, Just charged my accountThen Blamed me because I used the Link THEY SENT.You call and get hung up on.There is no customer service left at this company

update: works eventually - problem with bugs in the system - and terribly ignorant support staff. sync stop working 2 weeks ago. still does not work. support is terrible - no solution and endless wait for someone to reply. And I am a paying customer. will try to stop it move away from this joke of a company. The two support staff who pretended to be helpful but did nothing are: Ella and Margot. As well - there is no complaint procedure at all !!!

Watch closely what you sign up for trial subscription

so hard to cancel subscriptions or trial subscriptions. I enrolled 3 months DB Plus trials. Why the billings started on the second month. When I discovered it, I have been paying 2 months subscriptions. I will see another billing this coming months. I have no way of talking to human customer service to complain.

horrendous upload speed

horrendous upload speed! plus they dont refund your payment if you want to cancel the subscription. double punch to the gut!

I can't access my old brokerage email

I can't access my old brokerage email, and therefore can't gain access to my dropbox account. I can prove without a doubt that it is my account, and have proof of payment for the account. Dropbox refuses to return my files and will not transfer them to a new Dropbox account.

Dropbox used to be very good

Dropbox used to be very good now it’s just subscription and demands for money. I found it would just keep on syncing and uploading my entire hard drive on my Mac then demand a fee for more space on there site. There was literally no way of stopping it unless you stop the uploads altogether. So I did and don’t use it at all anymore. There are plenty of other ways of sharing files between devices. But to be fair it was quite handy while it lasted.
