Dropbox is a fine file sharing option

What do you like best? Easy to use. Desktop version is fine. App is okay. What do you dislike? Searching isn't that great... sometimes hard to find files... sometimes doesn't sync and gets fussy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solves our version control issues. But searching on the web based version isn't great.
