This american company sells it services in Denmark, and I belive thier customer service is located in Ireland. Nevertheless, thir customer service is to be called "american customer service" - as long as they have your moeny they give a s**t about.I sent them over 22+ e-mails, and if that was unbeliveble - more it is, that they seem to not understand odenary english - even I simplyfy it. Works great, until it doesn't.

Works great, until it doesn't.I had some sync issues with some stored files, that didn't get uploaded properly. Thought the OS kept saying the files where there, they couldn't be opened. Now I can't even get them back with their undelete option because I've cancelled my paid plan. Even if I pay again, I can't get them back.Don't use Dropbox for important files. Use your own backup systems.

Dropbox handles small files ok like…

Dropbox handles small files ok like jpegs, etc. but cannot handle large video files. A progress bar slowly moves until 100% but 7 times out of 10 doesn't complete the upload. Google Drive handles the large files much better.

Worst custoemr support!

Worst support of the WHOLE of internet (and I include Iranian sites here).I can NOT login to my PAID company account as an administrator (or anything for that matter!). However, to get access to support for my PAID account, I need to login ... which I can't ..Absolutely, WORST customer support!Will be migrating as soon as subscription ends as they have also charged me for non-used user account ..

Gestartet mit einer guten Idee, die auch gut funktionierte, ist Dropbox mittlerweile ein Service den man meiden sollte wenn einem die eigenen Daten etwas wert sind.Kasmmerupload auf dem Mobile war eingeschaltet und irgendwann kam die Meldung, der Speicher ist voll. Also in Dropbox eingelogged um die Fotos alle auf den PC zu ziehen. Ging leider nicht, Dateien des Kamera-Uploads waren nicht aufzufinden. Die Dropbox wurde als voll gekennzeichnet aber die genannten Dateien waren nicht sichtbar. ...

Dropbox is a scam.

After purchasing their highest tier subscription I was informed that the 'unlimited' storage was in fact limited to 3TB. I spoke with several customer service agents and technical support workers who all just passed the buck. This company is a scam. Short their stock.
