Dropbox is a solid solution for sharing files

What do you like best? It provides a useful admin interface and does exactly what you expect it to. Dropbox has been around for a while and their product is relatively mature. What do you dislike? I wish that the UI had more right click ability, but overall the interface is rather clean. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a simple alternative to an FTP server and dropbox business fit our need.
