Poor Customer Support
I've been a regular paying customer for more or less 10 years, and the first time I really needed their customer support, what I received was a poor response after more than a month of waiting for some kind of communication. My account was suspended with no previous communication and they accused me of violation of their terms, which I reviewed after my account suspension and I couldn't quite grasp on what was the actual reason. BEWARE: Your dropbox files are not safe.
BEWARE: Dropbox can lock you out at any time. I just lost 20 years of business files with absolutely no warning. They have no phone number and ingnore all requests for support. Get your files out of there and run away as fast as you can.

They want me to pay for space to put…
They want me to pay for space to put files into a folder shared with me by a client. Once I do this they want to then NEVER allow me to delete the file and close my account. Essentially trapping me forever into a yearly service fee. HORRIBLE - TERRIBLE - RIP OFF - MISERABLE - The FTC needs to become aware of this.

No telephone support for basic users
No telephone support for basic users. I am a very competent computer user; however, their software is NOT intuitive. If it was, no problem. However, they do not even have Chat! STAY AWAY!

Easily the worst customer support I've ever experienced with any online company. I have been with Dropbox for 6 years and really liked the service, but now all I want to do is leave. The Dropbox client is eating up the space on my hard drive - from 400gigs of empty space to 5 Megabytes in less than a day. My computer has become unusable. Customer chat is unavailable and email support's answer - after 25 hours - is they will kick it up to tech support. 3 days later and at least 10 emails ...

I have been given insanely bad support
I have been given insanely bad support. I paid(have receipt of payment) for a Pro account back in April. All was good until a few weeks ago. About 3 weeks ago I started receiving the following message: "Your Dropbox is full! Upgrade to get more space." I have 2 terra bytes of space I paid for. Support refuses to acknowledge my problem. Takes up all your storage on your devices. Absolutely useless. Meant to be a cloud so why does it still use up my phone storage?? As I say Absolutely useless. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!
