I have used Dropbox now for 4 years

I have used Dropbox now for 4 years. Their online chat support and clean and tidy forums allow for quick support. (Note I have a dropbox paid subscription account). I also use google and adobe products, but Dropbox’s support, in my experience, has been far quicker, and more professional.

Easy and free tool

What do you like best? Its free to use if you need 2GB of data storage and very simple to upload the documents. Entire folder can be shared with people inside ot outside your organisation. What do you dislike? I always feel there can be security breach if confidential documents are uploaded. Even though its free, if your account is inactive for some time they can delete information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy file sharing

Great cloud system with risk of poor quality control

What do you like best? We have a company of around 100 employees. A big majority of employees work remotely across the country. With the use of Dropbox, they are always kept in the loop and always have access to files, whether it's locally on their laptop or via the Dropbox website. With flexible working hours, the use of Dropbox also means that files are always up-to-date and available. It's also very easy to share items with customers. Unlike Google Drive which I find incredibly ...

Warning about the encryption keys!

I dont use dropbox anymore, as they has access to your encryption keys and so can see your files.

Business data storage is best saved in the cloud for redundant backup.

What do you like best? It's cloud based so it can be opened on any device. I also sync it to a few other device's local file system. What do you dislike? It now, on the basic level, can sync with only 3 devices for the local file system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes working remotely easier. I don't have to take physical files with me when I need to work from home.
