What do you like best? Its free to use if you need 2GB of data storage and very simple to upload the documents. Entire folder can be shared with people inside ot outside your organisation. What do you dislike? I always feel there can be security breach if confidential documents are uploaded. Even though its free, if your account is inactive for some time they can delete information. I have used Dropbox now for 4 years

I have used Dropbox now for 4 years. Their online chat support and clean and tidy forums allow for quick support. (Note I have a dropbox paid subscription account). I also use google and adobe products, but Dropbox’s support, in my experience, has been far quicker, and more professional.
