Dropbox for Business

What do you like best? I like the administrative tools available to me. The software is easy to use for end users and easy to use for admins. What do you dislike? I am hoping for a more traditional dashboard for administrators down the road. Statistics, more granular control over shares, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: Sign up for the trial and work with their sales support to try and solve specific business problems. The service is expensive so make sure you're ...

Dropbox Business makes life a little easier when working remotely.

What do you like best? I love that Dropbox allows me to store and share files with my entire organization. We have two offices--one in New York, and one in California--and so seamless collaboration is a necessity for us. Dropbox lets me keep my computer uncluttered and not miss a beat while working with my team. What do you dislike? Organizing files in Dropbox isn't quite as easy as I'd like, but that's easily remedied. Overall, not a huge problem. Recommendations to others considering ...

Good way to submit client work

What do you like best? I appreciate the ease with which I can share files with my clients and vice versa. I also like that I can just upload stuff for myself that I need to access later. I appreciate that you can have several folders and designate who is able to access them. What do you dislike? I dislike that either party can delete files even if they were not the one who originally created it. Perhaps locking files is a feature that is available and I am just not aware of, but I know ...

A fantastic file management software!

What do you like best? User experience is great as the software is very easy to use. It is easy to download the software, share your files with others, and access the program. The dropbox website has a clean design and all the information is easily accessible (ex. Pricing, Plans etc. What do you dislike? There is not much storage given for free users. Easy to use

What do you like best? Very easy to get started. Can access files from any computer which is helpful when working on virtual desktops. What do you dislike? Saving files to dropbox adds an additional step in Office programs since it isn't a default location like OneNote or your desktop are. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily share files between coworkers and clients at an affordable price.

Less than stellar transition

What do you like best? Very easy to use, and Desktop app is very easy to use. The file sharing is very easy to use, best for small businesses. Their pricing is incredibly cheap What do you dislike? We're doing a transition from Box to Dropbox and honestly it feels like a step back. Dropbox is missing a ton of features that Box has that almost makes using Dropbox feel like an old Windows share. Permissions are always inherited and cannot be changed in folder structures (changing in team ...
