Great product for file management

What do you like best? Easy to use, functional, fast syncing, helps us share files with both employees and customers What do you dislike? Unlike google drive, you cannot modify documents at the same time without overwriting changes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with file storage, allows us to modify permissions for different users.

Easy to use

What do you like best? Dropbox is so easy to use, you could train a monkey to figure it out. The admin, reviewer settings make it easy to ensure that the right people have access to change/view files. What do you dislike? When you share at a certain level you can't share at another level with a folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love being able to access my files wherever I am.

What do you like best? I really like that you can share individual files or folders with whomever needs them. This is ideal as I can share one file with a client or an entire folder with a coworker. What do you dislike? There should be a failsafe for the first time you share something that shows you EXACTLY what files/folders you are sharing. A coworker shared an entire folder with a client instead of a single file by clicking the wrong share button--which is on the same page. ...

What do you like best? The installation of a folder on your computer, so you don't have to go to the web portal to view documents. Having this makes it more like a folder on your computer and not an inaccessible cloud folder. What do you dislike? Protects my files and allows easy access

What do you like best? The ease of access on both smart phone and computer from anywhere and it keeps my mind at ease knowing I always have a backup copy online.
