What do you like best? I like the security of knowing my files are in the cloud with great security and accessible from anywhere, phone, tablet, computer. What do you dislike? Horrible customer support

What do you like best? Their service is relatively easy to use. What do you dislike? I've just spent 11 days playing ping pong with Dropbox customer support and my issue is still not resolved. I own a business account. I expected their customer service to be OK. It's total crap. I get copy and paste answers. I requested my ticket to be transferred to another rep and the rep refused. I can hardly believe it. If customer service is important to you, avoid Dropbox at all cost. ...

What do you like best? I like that I can keep some organization within the files that I upload. What do you dislike? Sometimes uploaded items go into a random listed order and I need things uploaded one right after the other so that I can keep track of my files. Drop Box

What do you like best? Ease of storage, and I like that it integrates with my computer to behave just like any other file location on my hard drive. Also, being able to grab a document from my phone, from anywhere with the app. What do you dislike? Nothing, it's a great tool and I'm not sure how we did without it before now. File sharing

What do you like best? The ability to share large files. Securely share photos with a link. What do you dislike? The difficulty of downloading on a device. Maybe having a preview option for mobile devices. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lots of people use Dropbox. You do not have to have a gmail like the cloud.

What do you like best? I use Dropbox most everyday at work or with my coaching. I store everything that I might share on Dropbox and then I can share it out in a variety of ways that DB allows me to. It's awesome and I can access my files on any computer or smart device. Easy to use a life saver!

What do you like best? The interface is easy to understand and use the software is very simple. What do you dislike? I have no real dislikes of this product. Being able to share documents anywhere I am and with others has been a real life saver in both my personal life and work life.

Highly recommend DropBox for Business

What do you like best? I love access from many devices, whether it be different PC's, Macs or mobile devices. What do you dislike? I feel like there could be more features.
