Dropbox

What do you like best? I can get to my files anywhere just by logging in versus keeping the files on a computer or a flash drive and there is no computer. I can pull up files from my phone or tablet. It's compatible with other programs. What do you dislike? Not enough space. I am constantly creating new files for my department and the space to hold these files and the supporting docs would be great. Recommendations to others considering the product: create more space. What problems are ...

Useful for a small business or non-profit

What do you like best? Dropbox Business is great for small business or non-profits who can not afford a dedicated file server. It allows different user accounts to access a common drive for not a lot of money. Using this service allows multiple users to access the same files, alerts users of changes, mobile app interface, and you don't have to worry about making back ups of your files. What do you dislike? Sharing files with people who do not have access can be tricky. Recommendations to ...

Dropbox anytime anywhere

What do you like best? I can easily send documents from my phone and this is a lifesaver. What do you dislike? I can't ow a folder someone else sent me and get stuck with wacky file lists Recommendations to others considering the product: I would be careful implementing so no one can delete your files. If you invite outside users they have to buy dropbox and everyone has to have a version. We now have two versions and have yet to merge. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

What do you like best? Ability to create new folders and move things around pretty easily What do you dislike? Issues around syncing when using across teams - definitely just requires lesson in selective syncing, but feel like more alerts could be set up to prevent issues with this Recommendations to others considering the product: train all users on selective syncing so you dont lose files!
