LOVE Dropbox Business

What do you like best? The nonprofit I work for uses Dropbox Business because we share and edit so many documents within teams. The products makes it super easy to create teams, both in-house and with those outside the organization. We're able to edit documents, see the latest versions of documents, and share easily. I love the mobile app and the ability to access documents from anywhere. What do you dislike? The cost may be prohibitive for smaller nonprofits. Otherwise, I think this is ...

DropBox Helps you Drop Bad Habits!

What do you like best? Universal and you can access from any device! We have a company of 70+ employees who have easy access to this in the office, on the road, and anywhere in between. Dropbox has the capability of allowing you to save edits as you make changes. This is extremely beneficial in our company since many hands are touching these reports - customers, clients, internal team, and exec. Instead of reaching out to someone asking them to complete the edit, they can make it ...

great for storing small amounts

What do you like best? The free version has good storage space for some files that you are transferring from one device to another or for holding some backups in case something happens to your device. What do you dislike? It is not easy to delete mass amounts of files and the constant pop-ups when you are full is annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a central place that can be accessed by all devices to files that we do not ...

File sharing at it's best!

What do you like best? I love the my colleagues and I can share files very easily and have them organised perfectly ONE time. What do you dislike? I used to hate that you couldn't really quickly see if anyone else was in that particular file at the same time as you were. But it's fixed now! They've recently included a wonderful notification system that pops up on your screen letting you know who is in, if they've made edits, and if they've saved yet. Perfect! Recommendations to others ...

easiest file sharing we have found

What do you like best? Drag and drop is what makes this file sharing easier than others. Our business account is endless storage, and accessible from anywhere. Our old shared network drive never lived up to our needs. What do you dislike? Seems like the recent changes introduced more clicks, not fewer. This might be a settings change we need to make, and it is a minor nuisance, but it has made filing more error-prone. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Dropbox Business

What do you like best? Dropbox makes it very easy to share documents with many parties all over the world. It is very user friendly and any one with basic computer knowledge can use it. We often put confidential documents for our lawyers in it so we do not have to use email. What do you dislike? Dependent on partners for security and digital signatures which can be a big negative. • Management of partner functionality requires interfaces external to Dropbox • No built-in hybrid storage ...
