Dropbox works well for businesses

What do you like best? I like that you can hold everything in there and all employees can have access to it. What do you dislike? I dislike that it's so difficult to find things. The search does not work great. I also don't like that you have to make changes and then re upload it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't use it if you have a lot of employees. User Friendly

What do you like best? The interfacing is so simple that my co-workers of all ages and IT levels are usually able to navigate it successfully. What do you dislike? The security settings that are built in to Dropbox Business are limited. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a simple way to collaborate and to make sure that there aren't multiple versions of the same document floating around.

What do you like best? Dropbox is very user friendly, which is a plus for me, it's easy to locate photos that I need by date, and the prices are reasonable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the cross platform availability, which allows me to be able to access my files on all my different devices (PC, Mac, Android without any issues. This also helps ensure I have access when away from my main offline storage solution. What do you dislike? I would like additional storage options, along with improved server speeds. What do you like best? Through DropBox I can easily access organized information. I can quickly go directly to a folder from the app on my phone and find what I need. What do you dislike? Easy to share

What do you like best? We are able to share documents across multiple laptops, desktops, phones, etc. we can all access the same files and make changes. What do you dislike? There is no way to work on files together. If we have one person have one file open, no one else can open the file and make an edits at the same time. What problems are you solving with the product? Simplistic, easy to use, easy to share, device I use daily.

What do you like best? I like how it transfers over to any device I need. What do you dislike? The only think I would say I dislike is the notifications when someone I have shared my doc with edits it. Perhaps I can go in and change those settings though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the need to always been "on". I can be away from my office and now even away from my computer while still sharing or finding information easily.

Great features

What do you like best? I like the ease of access and the simplicity of the mobile app. What do you dislike? I dislike that I can't move things around very easily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having files renamed and getting lost, it isn't a huge deal but a few of my files have similar names.
