I upgraded from free to a paid-for 1Tb when my NAS started failing. Within a few weeks this option was removed and I was informed that 20% extra would be billed to me for an extra Tb I didn't need. Communication with customer services left my questions unanswered time after time. I am removing my dependencies on this service provider.

I have been paying £120 a year for several years to ensure my precious photos are saved. Dropbox stopped uploading photos. I contacted support and was advised to contact my IT or ISP provider?? I have a personal plan and it doesn't work on WiFi or data. My home doesn't have an IT department.I'm not being fobbed off with such poor support. I will escalate my complaint and update review accordingly

Dropbox Paper for your team

What do you like best? Our team lives by Dropbox Paper, which is their version of Google Docs for all things documentation. It has an amazing search feature and this is something our team cannot live without. What do you dislike? It's perfect for storing a large number of files

What do you like best? I like that everyone on the team is ostensibly seeing the same files in the same state. It's a necessary thing especially for a design team when files are often being changed and updated dozens of times. What a disappointment! I have a subscription account but was entirely unable to get competent support.Two earnest but witless customer service individuals on chat support were unable to provide guidance on the loss of two weeks (!) of work during which time Dropbox had stopped working and uploading. What do you like best? Ease of access across multiple apps and machines. What do you dislike? Very limited space depending on which enterprise option you get. Also things can be deleted by any user in a public folder which isn’t great if you have a lot of less technical people on staff. It would be great to have the ability to assign roles.
